Halfway House For Young Offenders

Restorative justice — Invent a new halfway house typology for
younger offenders who just released from prison.
To help relieve the overcrowded national prison system, the proposal aims to work as a halfway house where minor offences can be served locally. It would monitor their rehabilitation progress through a series of training, learning programs and accommodation. The proposal aims to show the positive nature of the institute. By introducing dynamic public interfaces, the building stimulates the interaction between the residents and the public of Salisbury’s community.
